Terms of Service

Three Seeds, One Garden Collective Training & Consulting
Effective Date: August 1, 2026

Welcome to Three Seeds, One Garden Collective. By purchasing, accessing, or participating in any course, training, consultation, or educational offering through our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Educational Purpose

Three Seeds, One Garden Collective provides continuing education, professional development, training, and consultation opportunities primarily for counselors and other mental and behavioral health professionals.

Our trainings are intended for educational and professional development purposes only. Participation in a training does not establish a therapist-client, supervisor-supervisee, or other clinical relationship with Three Seeds, One Garden Collective or any instructor.

Course content should not be considered a substitute for independent professional judgment, clinical supervision, legal advice, or consultation regarding a specific client or situation.

Continuing Education

When continuing education (CE) credit is offered, the number of eligible hours will be identified in the course description.

Participants are responsible for determining whether a training meets the continuing education requirements of their individual license, licensing board, employer, credentialing organization, or jurisdiction.

Three Seeds, One Garden Collective makes every effort to accurately describe the continuing education eligibility of each training. However, licensing and regulatory requirements may change, and final acceptance of continuing education credit is determined by the applicable licensing or credentialing authority.

Course Completion & Certificates

Participants must complete all required course components before receiving a certificate of completion. Requirements may include viewing course materials, completing required lessons or activities, and submitting any required evaluations or acknowledgments.

Certificates reflect the participant information provided through the course platform. Participants are responsible for ensuring their name and other information are entered accurately.

Account Access

Course access is intended solely for the individual who purchased or registered for the training. Login credentials and course access may not be shared with another person.

Participants are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, course videos, presentations, handouts, worksheets, written materials, graphics, recordings, and other training content are the property of Three Seeds, One Garden Collective and/or the respective instructor or content owner.

Purchasing a course provides a limited license for personal educational and professional development use only.

Course materials may not be copied, reproduced, recorded, distributed, uploaded, resold, taught, shared, or otherwise used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Because our trainings include digital educational content that may be accessed immediately after purchase, Three Seeds, One Garden Collective does not provide refunds once a course or training has been purchased.

Participants are encouraged to review the course description, learning objectives, continuing education information, and other available details before purchasing.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing a purchased course, please contact us so we can assist with restoring access or resolving the technical problem.

If a duplicate charge or other billing error occurs, please contact us so the transaction can be reviewed and corrected when appropriate.

Technology

Courses are delivered through an online learning platform. Participants are responsible for maintaining adequate internet access, compatible technology, and the ability to access course materials.

Temporary interruptions or technical difficulties do not automatically qualify a purchase for a refund. We will make reasonable efforts to assist participants experiencing platform-related access issues.

Professional Responsibility

Participants remain responsible for practicing within their professional scope, competence, ethical standards, and applicable laws and regulations.

Examples, demonstrations, case discussions, and techniques presented during trainings are educational in nature and should be applied only when appropriate to the participant's professional role, training, competence, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Changes to Courses or Policies

Three Seeds, One Garden Collective reserves the right to update course content, instructors, materials, pricing, policies, or these Terms of Service when necessary.

Any changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.
